Guide Profile: Peter B. Cadot
Peter Cadot – KPSGA (s)
Peter always carries two things on safari: his unrivalled natural knowledge and a bounty of bush skills born from three generations in the Kenyan wilderness.
Ever since his Grandfather arrived in Nairobi aboard an ox wagon in 1917, Peter’s family have lived and worked in the Kenyan countryside. Since completing his education in England, Peter has dedicated his life to the safari industry, running game lodges and camping adventures around East Africa. He is renowned for his deep knowledge of the local flora and fauna, his close relations with the Samburu and Maasai communities, his warm sense of humour, and his legendary campfire wit. But beware: not all tales he tells are as tall as they may seem!
